Questions
What counts as a user?
Each admin or staff member who signs in. The people you collect documents from never count and never pay.
How many texts are included in Pro?
Up to 500 texts per user each month, shared across your team, including reminders. Larger volumes on request.
Can we change plans or cancel?
Yes. If you cancel, you have 35 days to export your requests, files and audit log; then everything is deleted and you receive a written confirmation.
Are prices in Canadian dollars?
Yes, all prices are in CAD, plus applicable taxes.
